Abstract:
THE PROPOSED RULEMAKING REDUCES THE REGULATORY BURDEN ON THE LICENSEE BY REDUCING THE REPORTING FREQUENCY FROM SEMIANNUAL TO ANNUAL FOR THRE REPORTS AND BY ALLOWING THE USE OF AN ADDITIONAL TYPE OF FUEL CLADDING THEREBY ELIMINATING THE NEED TO SUBMIT AN EXEMPTION REQUEST.
