THE FOREST SERVICE COLLECTS RECREATION USE FEES AT 2,000 NATIONAL FORE CAMPGROUNDS THROUGH USE OF A SELF-SERVICE FEE ENVELOPE SYSTEM. RECREATION CUSTOMERS PROVIDE INFORMATION NEEDED BY THE FOREST SERVICE TO CHECK FEE COMPLIANCE AND TO REPORT VISITATION DATA.
