UNDER 40 CFR 268.7, INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS ARE USED TO ENSURE THAT RESTRICTED WASTES ARE PROPERLY TREATED BEFORE THEY ARE LAND DISPOSED AND ARE TRACKED. OTHER INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER VARIANCES SHOULD BE GRANTED.
