A UNIQUELY NUMBERED GOVERNMENT COMMERCIAL CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED FOR MAKING PAYMENT FOR ORDERS UNDER $25,000 PLACED AGAINST CERTAIN SCHEDULE CONTRACTS. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CARD BY VENDORS IS NOT MANDATORY. IN ORDER TO VERIFY RECEIPT OF ORDERS PLACED ORALLY, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NOT NORMALLY INCLUDED IN PACKING LISTS IS REQUIRED.
