Abstract:
THIS AMENDMENT TO 10 CFR 30 WOULD CONTINUE TO ALLOW NRC LICENSEES TO DEPART FROM MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING DIAGNOSTIC RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS. HOWEVER, THE PROPOSED RULE WOULD ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENTS TO KEEP RECORDS OF THE DEPARTURES.
