Abstract:
THE ETA 750 PROVIDES THE NECESSARY INFORMATION REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT T LABOR CERTIFICATION PROCESS WHILE THE ETA 4748 (A DERIVATIVE FORM IN PART DEVELOPED FROM CERTAIN ETA 750 INFORMATION) SERVES AS THE ONLY RECORD THE SESA HAS ABOUT THE APPLICATION.
