Abstract:
38 U.S.C. 101 PROVIDES AUTHORITY TO PAY BENEFITS BASED ON SCHOOL ATTENDANCE. THIS FORM IS USED TO GATHER THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO DETERMINE CONTINUOUS ENTITLEMENT FOR A CHILD BETWEEN AGES 18 AND 23 ATTENDING SCHOOL.
