THE FEDERAL MEDIATION AND CONCILIATION SERVICE USES THE R-19 TO REVIEW ARBITRATOR CONFORMANCE WITH ITS FEE AND EXPENSE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS THIS DATA IS COMPILED UNDER THE INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATOR'S NAME AND IS USED TO PROVIDE REQUESTING PARTIES WITH A PANEL OF ARBITRATORS TO MEET THEIR NEEDS.
