Abstract:
INFORMATION ON OTS FORM NO. 710 IS EVALUATED BY THE OTS TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PROPOSED TRANSACTION COMPLIES WITH APPLICABLE STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS, OTS REGULATIONS, AND POLICY AND WILL NOT HAVE AN ADVERSE EFFECT ON THE RISK EXPOSURE OF THE SAIF.
