Abstract:
THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IMPLEMENTS SECTION 12(B) OF THE TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT (TSCA). EXPORTS OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES MUST BE REPORTED IF THE SUBSTANCES ARE THE SUBJECT OF REGULATORY ACTIONS UNDER CERTAIN OTHER SECTIONS OF TSCA. EXPORTERS MUST REPORT THE EXPORT OF A REGULATED CHEMICAL TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO NOTIFY FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS OF EPA ACTIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE
