Abstract:
THE STANDARD PRESCRIBES SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR WALK-BEHIND POWER LAWN MOWERS. EVERY MANUFACTURER AND IMPORTER IS REQUIRED TO ISSUE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE THAT THE PRODUCT CONFORMS TO THE STANDARD AND TO BASE THE CERTIFICATE EITHER ON A TEST OF EACH PRODUCT OR ON A REASONABLE TESTING PROGRAM. RECORDS MUST BE MAINTAINED FOR AT LEAST
