10 CFR PART 26 REQUIRES OPERATORS OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT FITNESS-FOR-DUTY PROGRAMS TO ENSURE THAT FACILITY PERSONNEL ARE NOT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OF MENTALLY OF PHYSICAL IMPAIRED DUE TO THE USE OF ANY CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE.
