THE FNS-247, STATISTICAL SUMMARY OF SAMPLE DISPOSITION, REPORTS THE RESULTS OF ACTIVE AND NEGATIVE QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS. THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED TO FNS BY EACH STATE AGENCY ON AN ANNUAL BASIS.
