Abstract:
REGULATIONS WITHIN 43 CFR 3151 CONTAIN PROCEDURES FOR CONDUCTING OIL A GAS GEOPHYSICAL EXPLORATION OPERATIONS ON PUBLIC LANDS. THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT NEEDS THE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THAT GEOPHYSICAL EXPLORATION OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THE REGULATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATION ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT.
