INDIVIDUAL OWNERS OF MOTOR VEHICLES OR ENGINES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO AN EMISSIONS RECALL MAY BE ASKED TO REPORT INFORMATION ON OBTAINING THE NECESSARY RECALL REPAIRS.
