Abstract:
UNDER FIFRA SEC. 3, PESTICIDE LABELING MUST COMPLY WITH AGENCY REQUIREMENTS TO AVOID BEING MISBRANDED. UNDER CURRENT REGULATIONS, REGISTRANTS MUST REVISE THEIR LABELING TO ADD OR MODIFY STATEMENTS TO COMPLY WITH THE WORKER PROTECTION STANDARD. EPA WILL USE THE INFORMATION AND REVISED LABELS TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE, AND THE LABELI STATEMENTS ARE USED AS THE BASIS FOR DETERMINING MISUSE VIOLATIONS OF
