Abstract:
THE PROPOSED RULE WOULD REQUIRE MATERIALS LICENSEES TO MAINTAIN A LIST OF ALL RESTRICTED AREAS WHERE LICENSED MATERIALS ARE STORED, SPILLS HAVE OCCURRED, UNRESTRICTED AREAS WHERE WASTE HAS BEEN BURIED, AND FOR STORAGE NECESSARY FOR DECAY OR FOR COLLECTION OR CONSOLIDATION FOR THOSE SUBMITTING A DECOMMISSIONING PLAN, A LIST OF DECONTAMINATED EQUIPMENT REMAINING ONSITE.
