EPA IS ADDRESSING NEW INFO. COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR LAND DISPOSAL RESTRICTIONS (LDR) FOR NEWLY LISTED WASTES AND HAZARDOUS DEBRIS. THES REQUIREMENTS WILL AFFECT A NUMBER OF GENERATORS AND TREATMENT, STORAGE AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES (TSDF'S) REGULATED UNDER THE RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND RECOVERY ACT (RCRA) OF 1976, AS AMENDED BY THE HAZARDOUS AND SOLID WASTE AMENDMENTS (HSWA) OF 1984. EPA IS SPECIFICAL
