Abstract:
DISABILITY COMPENSATION, VETERANS' BENEFITS, INCOME VERIFICATION' 38 U.S.C. 1506 REQUIRES ACCURATE REPORTING OF INCOME. 39 U.S.C. 1315, 1512, AND 1541 SET THE INCOME LIMITATIONS. 38 U.S.C. 6102 PROHIBITS FRAUDULENT PAYMENTS. THESE FORMS SECURE INFORMATION FROM INCOME PAYER OF INDIVIDUALS WHO MAY BE RECEIVING BENEFITS IMPROPERLY.
