Approved for use through 8/96 with the understanding that no later tha 1/94, HRSA will submit milestones (as agreed upon by NIH and HCFA) for phasing out redundant transplant collections. HRSA (along with HCFA a NIH) then will update OMB as to the status of this streamlining effort and will ensure that burden correction worksheets are submitted as appropriate.
