TO FACILITATE A DETERMINATION AS TO WHETHER THERE MAY BE GROUNDS FOR SUSPENDING OR WITHDRAWING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OR WHETHER ANY APPLICABLE REGULATION SHOULD BE AMENDED OR REPEALED.
