Abstract:
THE PROPOSED RULE WOULD PERMIT LICENSEES AUTHORIZED TO CONSTRUCT OR OPERATE A NUCLEAR POWER PLANT TO REDUCE THE RANDOM DRUG TESTING RATE OF LICENSEE EMPLOYEES FOR DRUGS AND ALCOHOL TO 50 PERCENT BUT MAINTAIN THE 100 PERCENT DRUG TESTING RATE FOR CONTRACTOR AND VENDOR EMPLOYEES.
