Abstract:
RESPONDENTS IDENTIFY INFORMATION AND DATA ON BONDS TO COVER THE COST OF RECLAMATION PERFORMED UNDER THE SURFACE MINING CONTROL AND RECLAMATION ACT OF 1977 (SMCRA). THIS INFORMATION ALLOWS REGULATO AUTHORITIES TO DETERMINE IF SUCH BONDS ARE SUFFICIENT TO COMPLY WITH THE ACT.
