Abstract:
FERC-549(B) IS REQUIRED FOR A VIABLE CAPACITY RELEASE/OPEN ACCESS NATIONAL MARKET FOR THE TRANSPORTATION AND/OR STORAGE OF NATURAL GAS. THE INFORMATION/ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARD (EBB) STANDARDS ARE NEEDED F THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE CAPACITY RELEASE MECHANISM/MARKET AND THE METHODS BY WHICH SHIPPERS ACCESS SUCH CAPACITY DATA.
