THE EUP PROGRAM REQUIRES AN APPLICATION AND PERMIT ISSUANCE BEFORE INITIATION OF TESTING OF EXPERIMENTAL PESTICIDES. EACH APPLICATION WI BE REVIEWED BY EPA TO DETERMINE WHETHER TO GRANT AN EUP.
