Abstract:
SECTIONS 4 AND 11 OF THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH ACT (P.L. 79-396), AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZE FUNDING FOR THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM. THI SUBMITTANCE REQUESTS INCORPORATION OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STATE AGENCY-SCHOOL FOOD AUTHORITY/CHILD CARE INSTITUTIONS AGREEMENTS AND DIRECT CERTIFICATION FINAL RULE, WHICH SPECIFY THAT THE ANNUAL AGREEME BE MADE PERMANENT, TO BE AMENDED AS NECESSARY.
