THE COLLECTED INFORMATION IS NEEDED FOR THE SEWAGE SLUDGE PROGRAM TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH NATIONAL STANDARDS, TO ESTABLISH PERMIT CONDITIONS, TO DETERMINE WHETHER PERMITS SHOULD BE REVISED, TO DETERMINE THE NEED FOR ENFORCEMENT, AND TO COLLECT DATA TO ASSESS THE ADEQUACY OF NATIONAL STANDARDS.
