This information collection request (ICR) is approved for three years. OIRA commends the Agency for undertaking a substantial effort to revise this ICR's burden estimate. The Agency's revised burden estimates more closely resemble those provided by the public. However, the Agency did not include within its burden estimate the many data collection activities (e.g., to gather information for a plan or report) necessary to complete the reporting requirements in this ICR. Before submission of this ICR for renewal, EPA shall revise its burden estimates to include these activities in accordance with OMB regulation and guidance.
