OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF BOILERS AND INDUSTRIAL FURNACES (BIF'S) THAT BURN HAZARDOUS WASTE AS FUEL ARE REQUIRED TO PREPARE AND MAINTAIN RECORDS AND REPORTS ON A FULL RANGE OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING NOTIFICATION, WASTE ANALYSIS, MONITORING, INSPECTIONS, COMPLIANCE BURN CONTINGENCY PLANS, AND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS.
