Abstract:
THE HCFA-460/463 FORM REQUIRES ALL PHYSICIANS AND SUPPLIERS TO SELECT DECLINE PARTICIPATION IN MEDICARE. THESE TWO GROUPINGS ARE THE BASIS FOR UPDATING FEE SCHEDULES AND AN ANNUAL PUBLICATION OF A DIRECTORY OF PARTICIPATING PHYSICIANS AND SUPPLIERS.
