Abstract:
REGULATION IS BEING REVISED TO COMPLY WITH THE CRANSTON-GONZALEZ NATIONAL AFFORDABLE ACT. THIS REVISION ENTAILS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW FORM IN WHICH CERTIFIES THAT FINAL DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ANY MODIFICATIONS THEREOF ARE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THERMAL STANDARDS AS AFFORDED BY THE ACT.
