Abstract:
EXEMPTIONS FOR SPECIFIED IMPORTED COMMODITIES FROM GRADE, SIZE, QUALIT AND MATURITY REQUIREMENTS REQUIRE CERTAIN SAFEGUARD PROCEDURES. IMPORTERS AND RECEIVERS OF IMPORTED SHIPMENTS MUST COMPLETE A FORM TO INSURE FRUIT, VEGETABLE, AND SPECIALTY CROP COMMODITIES ARE SHIPPED ON TO OUTLETS EXEMPT FROM IMPORT REQUIREMENTS.
