OWNERS/OPERATORS MUST NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATIONS, STARTUPS, SHUTDOWNS, MALFUNCTIONS, AND DATE AND RESULTS OF PEFORMANCE TEST. SEMIANNUAL REPORTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED FOR PERIODS OF EXCESS VOC EXHAUST VENT CONCENTRATIONS, EXCESS VOC INK CONTENT, TEMPERATURE DROPS IN THE INCINERATOR AND ACROSS THE CATALYST BED.
