Abstract:
APPLICANTS (INDIAN TRIBES) MUST SUBMIT INFORMATION ON OMB AND HUD APPROVED FORMS, NARRATIVE AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION, CERTIFICATIONS TO COMPETE FOR FUNDING FOR HOME PROGRAM. HUD WILL REVIEW AND RANK APPLICATIONS AGAINST SELECTION CRITERIA FOR POSSIBLE FUNDING.
