Abstract:
THE INFORMATION COLLECTED AS A RESULT OF THIS RULEMAKING WILL CREATE REGULATORY SYMMETRY AMONG SIMILAR MOBILE SERVICES. THIS SYMMETRICAL REGULATORY STRUCTURE WILL PROMOTE COMPETITION IN THE MOBILE SERVICES MARKETPLACE AND WILL SERVE THE INTERESTS OF CONSUMERS WHILE ALSO BENEFITING THE NATIONAL ECONOMY.
