THE REPORTS ARE REQUIRED TO: (A) JUSTIFY PAYMENT OF A MONETARY INCENTIVE, (B) PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF ENERGY OUTPUT, (C) PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY, AND (D) PERMIT ASSESSMENT OF PROGRAM RESULTS. THE AFFECTED AUDIENCE IS APPROXIMATELY 100 PUBLICLY OWNED UTILITIES AND NONPROFIT COOPERATIVES.
