THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES THE ONLY ANNUAL SOURCE OF RECEIPTS DATA FOR THE SERVICE INDUSTRIES COVERED. THESE DATA ARE NEEDED FOR NATIONAL INCOME ACCOUNTING, PRODUCTIVITY, AND PRICE MEASUREMENT. THE PROGRAM ADDRESSE THE HIGHEST PRIORITY NEEDS OF MULTIPLE FEDERAL AGENCIES AND PRIVATE USERS.
