Abstract:
THIS PART ESTABLISHES PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR STATES AND INDIA TRIBES TO CONDUCT NON-COAL RECLAMATION UNDER ABANDONED MINE LAND FUNDING. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE SURFACE MINING CONTROL AND RECLAMATION ACT.
