FINANCIAL AND OPERATING REPORT NEEDED BY THE COMMISSION TO CARRY OUT I REGULATORY RESPONSIBLITIES UNDER THE ICC ACT, SECTION 20, AS IT RELATE TO OIL PIPELINE COMPANIES.
