Abstract:
THE VOLUNTARY CHILD SAFETY SEAT REGISTRATION FORM WILL PROVIDE OWNERS CHILD SAFETY SEATS MANUFACTURED BEFORE MARCH 1993 WITH A MEANS OF REGISTERING THEIR SEATS WITH THE MANUFACTURER. IN CASE OF A FUTURE SAFETY RECALL, OWNERS WILL BE DIRECTLY NOTIFIED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
