THIS REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR REAL ESTAT TITLE CLEARANCE AND CLOSING OF LOANS, ASSUMPTIONS, VOLUNTARY CONVEYANCES, AND CREDIT SALES IN CONNECTION WITH FMHA INSURED LOANS. THIS REGULATION DOES NOT APPLY TO GUARANTEED LOANS.
