Abstract:
OBRA 1990 REQUIRES DRUG MANUFACTURERS TO ENTER INTO AND HAVE IN EFFECT A REBATE AGREEMENT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR STATES TO RECEIVE FUNDING FOR DRUGS DISPENSED TO MEDICAID RECIPIENTS.
