RULES TO PROVIDE CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE OF ELECTRONIC RECORDS, ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, AND HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURES ONTO ELECTRONIC RECORDS USABLE IN PLACE OF PAPER RECORDS. RULES APPLY ONLY TO 21 CFR RECORDS RETENTION REQUIREMENT UNLESS SPECIFICALLY EXEMPT BY FUTURE REGULATION.
