THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS REQUIRED BY THE COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT. NATIONAL BANKS ARE ENCOURAGED TO HELP MEET THE CREDIT NEEDS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES, INCLUDING LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME NEIGHBORHOODS. THE PUBLIC AND THE OCC USE THE INFORMATION TO ASSESS THE BANK'S COMMUNITY LENDING RECORD.
