Abstract:
TO IMPLEMENT A STATUTORY REQUIREMENT, PBGC WILL REQUIRE CONTRIBUTING SPONSORS AND PARENTS OF PARENT-SUBSIDIARY CONTROLLED GROUPS TO SUBMIT FORM 200 TO NOTIFY PBGC OF FAILURES TO MAKE REQUIRED CONTRIBUTIONS FOR WHICH STATUTORY LIENS ARE IMPOSED. PBGC WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO MAKE DECISIONS REGARDING ENFORCEMENT OF SUCH LIENS.
