INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES WILL REPORT AND KEEP RECORDS OF ENGINE INFORMATION. THEY WILL SUBMIT REPORTS WHEN NONCONFORMING MARINE ENGIN ARE IMPORTED. EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO RESTRICT THE IMPORTATI OF NONCONFORMING MARINE ENGINES.
