Abstract:
THE FINAL RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE THE MINIMUM NECESSARY TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE BY OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF HALOGENATE SOLVENT CLEANERS USING HALOGENATED HAP SOLVENTS. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE RECORDKEEPING, INITIAL NOTIFICATION REPORTS, ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORTS AND EXCEEDANCE REPORTS.
