This ICR is approved under 5 CFR 1320. When EPA resubmits this I CR for re-approval, it shall provide a detailed explanation of th e derivation of labor rates ($ per man-hour), including citation of references, or rely on current OMB guidance. Further, upon r e-submittal, EPA shall provide a detailed consideration of EPA's historic use of the quarterly reported data, and the extent to wh ich EPA's statutory obligations would be affected by alternative reporting frequency, such as semi-annual or annual.
