Abstract:
PUBLIC LAW 95-507 REQUIRES THAT CONTRACTS OVER A SPECIFIED DOLLAR THRESHOLD CONTAIN A SUBCONTRACTING PLAN WITH GOALS FOR SUBCONTRACTING TO SMALL AND SMALL DISADVANTAGED FIRMS. THIS REPORT IS USED BY EXECUTIVE AGENCIES TO MONITOR A FIRM'S PERFORMANCE AGAINST THE GOALS IN ITS PLAN.
