Abstract:
THIS ICR CALCULATES THE BURDEN AND COST TO AFFECTED NPDES PERMITTEES TO COMPLETE PERMIT APPLICATIONS. APPLICATION DATA FOR RCRA CONSTITUENTS IS NECESSARY SO THAT THE CURRENT PERMITS CAN BE MODIFIED TO COMPLY WITH THE LDR PHASE III RULE.
